摘要:

针对属性权重已知、决策者权重未知的决策问题,提出了基于社交网络的概率犹豫模糊共识群决策方法。首先,提出了概率犹豫模糊信任传播算子和聚合算子,计算决策者信任值。然后,利用决策者信任关系和观点相似度计算决策者权重,构建基于概率犹豫模糊信任网络的最小调整模型。最后,在决策者意见达成共识的基础上,利用VIKOR方法对方案排序,并通过可再生能源管理决策案例验证该方法的可行性和有效性。

Abstract:

A probabilistic hesitant fuzzy consensus group decision method based on social networks is proposed for the decision-making problem with known attribute weights and unknown decision maker weights. Firstly, probabilistic hesitant fuzzy trust propagation operator and aggregation operator have been defined to calculate trust values of decision makers. Secondly, the decision makers' weights are calculated based on the trust relationship and opinion similarity. A minimum adjustment feedback consensus model is set up based on probabilistic hesitant fuzzy trust network. Finally, VIKOR method is used to rank alternatives after the consensus has been reached. And renewable energy management decision case has been used to illustrate feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method.
